My name is Jacob Chandler and I'm the owner and operator of From The Ground Up Fencing, a Louisville fence company servicing the surrounding area.

At From the Ground Up Fencing, we understand that budget is often a concern for our customers. We strive to provide affordable solutions for all budgets, making it easy to find the perfect fencing option for your property. Our competitive prices make it possible to get the quality fencing you need without breaking the bank.

We specialize in everything related to fencing and gates. Whether you're looking for fence repair services or seeking expert advice on a fence design and cost estimation, we've got you covered. Below is the simple process to get your free estimate:

  • We start by inspecting your site to ensure the area is suitable for a fence and to discuss what types of fences would work best for your specific project.

    We do not charge for site inspections and fencing project discussions.

  • Once we decide on project specifications, our team will price out materials and provide you with a project scope of work which includes the project's total price, a rough estimated timeline, and any other project details.

  • After we schedule an estimate, moving forward with the project will require a signed contract. A 50% deposit will be due at the time of signing. From there, we get you scheduled to start. The project, from start to finish will be a 3-5 day process. We will come out on the first day to tear out any existing fence and/or dig and set the posts. We’ll let the concrete cure for the next full day, then be back out on the third day to complete the fence. Once we're finished and the customer is satisfied, we collect the remaining fee. From the Ground Up Fencing is fully insured and bonded. I carry worker's compensation to cover my employees if an injury were to occur on-site.
